TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS

1. Participant Age Eligibility
I understand that only individuals aged 18 years and above are allowed to participate in this program. By participating, I confirm that I meet this age requirement.

2. Program Purpose & Disclaimer
I understand that this program is solely for educational and training purposes.
This program does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or any recommendation to buy or sell financial products.

Any decisions related to investment or trading activities are made based on my own judgment and are entirely my responsibility.

3. Program Scheduling
I understand that:

  • The program date, time, or session cannot be changed, postponed, or transferred to another session, seminar, or date upon participant request.
  • Absence from the program does not entitle any rescheduling or compensation.

4. Technical Requirements
I am fully responsible for ensuring:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A suitable device
  • Sufficient data quota

throughout the duration of the program. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues on the participant’s side.

5. Changes by Organizer
I understand that the Organizer reserves the right to make any changes related to:

  • Tarikh
  • Masa
  • Lokasi
  • Program platform

Any additional costs arising from such changes shall be fully borne by the participant.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All learning materials, modules, content, methodologies, systems, AI application methods, and any shared materials are the exclusive property of Dato’ Dr. Nazri Khan (DDNK) and/or DDNK Holdings Sdn Bhd.

The use of these materials is subject to:

  • Copyright Act 1987
  • Trademarks Act 1976

I agree that I am strictly prohibited from:

  • Recording, copying, distributing, sharing, or reproducing any materials
  • Teaching, training, or transferring the knowledge to third parties
  • Sharing program access links

without written permission from the Organizer. Any breach may result in legal action and full claims for damages.

7. Unauthorized Programs & Activities
The Organizer strictly prohibits any party from:

  • Organizing programs or training similar to Mula Trade
  • Using similar names, concepts, methods, or training structures

without prior written consent from the Organizer and Dato’ Dr. Nazri Khan.

Additionally, the following activities are strictly prohibited without written approval:

  • Collecting participant data or information
  • Selling products or services
  • Conducting promotional or commercial activities

whether inside or outside the program.

8. Use of Robots, Systems & Trading Tools
I understand that any robots, systems, or trading tools introduced are for educational purposes only.

No guaranteed returns are provided, and any profits or losses are entirely my own responsibility.

9. Promotional Pricing, Payments & Deposits
I understand that:

  • Promotional prices or discounts are only valid within the specified period
  • All deposits or full payments are non-refundable after the promotion period ends
  • Cancellation of participation does not entitle any refund
  • Any unused deposit within one (1) year from the payment date will be automatically forfeited and non-refundable

10. Performance, Risk & Liability Disclaimer
I understand that:

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • All examples, analyses, and information are for educational purposes only
  • Any strategy does not guarantee profits and may result in capital loss

Investment and trading activities involve significant risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. I am advised to:

  • Not invest more than I can afford to lose
  • Evaluate my own objectives, experience, and risk tolerance
  • Seek advice from a qualified financial professional if necessary

11. Personal Data Protection
The Organizer will not disclose participants’ personal information to any unrelated third party without consent, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. e-Invoice & Tax Information Requirements
Participants are required to ensure that their Tax Identification Number (TIN) and identification number are accurately provided for e-Invoice issuance, in compliance with the requirements of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDNM) under the Income Tax Act 1967 and the implementation of the e-Invoice system.

13. Cancellation of Participation
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participation of any participant immediately if they are found to have violated any of these terms and conditions or any instructions issued under the program’s SOP.
