1. Age Eligibility<\/strong>
I understand that only individuals aged 18 years and above<\/strong> are permitted to participate in this program. By participating, I confirm that I meet this age requirement.<\/p>\n

2. Program Purpose & Disclaimer of Advice<\/strong>
I understand that this program is conducted solely for educational and training purposes<\/strong>.
This program does not<\/strong> provide financial, investment, or buy\/sell advice for any financial products.<\/p>\n

Any investment or trading decisions are made entirely at my own discretion and responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3. Program Scheduling<\/strong>
I understand that:<\/p>\n

    The date, time, or session of the program cannot be changed, postponed, or transferred<\/strong> to another session, seminar, or date at the participant\u2019s request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Absence from the program does not<\/strong> entitle the participant to any rescheduling or replacement session.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. Technical Requirements<\/strong>
    I am fully responsible for ensuring:<\/p>\n

      A stable internet connection<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      A suitable device<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Sufficient data quota<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      throughout the duration of the program. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any technical disruptions on the participant\u2019s side.<\/p>\n

      5. Schedule Changes by the Organizer<\/strong>
      I understand that the Organizer reserves the right to make changes to:<\/p>\n

        Tarikh<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Masa<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Lokasi<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Program platform<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Any additional costs arising from such changes shall be entirely borne by the participant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        6. Copyright & Intellectual Property<\/strong>
        All learning materials, modules, content, methodologies, systems, AI application methods, and all shared materials are the exclusive property<\/strong> of Dato\u2019 Dr. Nazri Khan (DDNK) and\/or DDNK Holdings Sdn Bhd.<\/p>\n

        The use of these materials is subject to:<\/p>\n

          Copyright Act 1987<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Trade Marks Act 1976<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          I agree that I am strictly prohibited from:<\/p>\n

            Recording, copying, distributing, disseminating, or republishing any content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Teaching, training, or transferring the knowledge to any third party<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Sharing program access links<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            without prior written consent<\/strong> from the Organizer. Any breach may result in legal action and full claims for damages.<\/p>\n

            7. Prohibited Programs & Unauthorized Activities<\/strong>
            The Organizer strictly prohibits any party from:<\/p>\n

              Organizing programs or training similar to Mula Trade<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Using similar names, concepts, methods, or training structures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              without written approval from the Organizer and Dato\u2019 Dr. Nazri Khan.<\/p>\n

              In addition, the following activities are strictly prohibited without written approval:<\/p>\n

                Collection of participant data or information<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Sale of products or services<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Promotional or commercial activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                whether conducted within or outside the program.<\/p>\n

                8. Use of Robots, Systems & Trading Tools<\/strong>
                I understand that any robots, systems, or trading tools introduced are for educational purposes only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                No guaranteed returns are provided, and any profits or losses are entirely my own responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                9. Promotional Pricing, Payments & Deposits<\/strong>
                I understand that:<\/p>\n

                  Promotional prices or discounts are valid only within the specified period<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  All deposits or full payments are non-refundable<\/strong> after the promotional period ends<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Cancellation of participation does not<\/strong> entitle the participant to any refund<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Any deposit not fully utilized within one (1) year<\/strong> from the payment date shall be automatically forfeited (burned)<\/strong> and is non-refundable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  10. Performance, Risk & Liability Disclaimer<\/strong>
                  I understand that:<\/p>\n

                    Past performance does not<\/strong> guarantee future results<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    All examples, analyses, and information are for educational purposes only<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    Any strategy does not guarantee profits and may result in capital loss<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Investment and trading activities involve significant risk<\/strong> and may not be suitable for all individuals. I am advised to:<\/p>\n

                      12. e-Invoice & Tax Information Requirements<\/strong>
                      Participants are required to ensure that their Tax Identification Number (TIN)<\/strong> dan identification card number<\/strong> are accurately completed for the purpose of issuing e-Invoices, in compliance with the requirements of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDNM)<\/strong> under the Income Tax Act 1967<\/strong> and the implementation of the e-Invoice system.<\/p>\n

                      13. Termination of Participation<\/strong>
                      The Organizer reserves the right to immediately terminate<\/strong> the participation of any participant found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions issued under the program\u2019s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).<\/p>\n
